For our subsidiary in Kinshasa, DR Congo, we are looking for a Deputy General Manager who is willing to relocate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a smooth local operation based on the standards set by the HQ in Hamburg
  • Local and correct accounting in accordance with local law and cash flow management, taking the requirements of HQ into account
  • Ensuring locally all steps of the employee life cycle based on the set standards of HQ. Leading and managing local employees.
  • Responsible for contract management and payroll, compliant with all HR related laws and set standards by HQ
  • Support the logistics and purchasing process in close coordination with HQ
  • Regular Reports to the Managing Director and CEO

Required Experience:

  • University degree, preferable MBA, Management, IT
  • Experience in international IT projects 
  • At least 5 years of work experience in comparable and generalist function
  • Self-reliance, high sense of responsibility
  • French, English fluent, German is an advantage
